What is exclusive contractor lead generation?
Exclusive lead generation means inbound calls from one website go to one contractor - not split among five competitors like on Angi or HomeAdvisor. We own a city- and service-specific website, rank it on Google, and route every call from that site to a single contractor in that territory.
How is this different from Angi, HomeAdvisor, or Thumbtack?
Marketplaces sell the same lead to multiple contractors who then race to the bottom on price. Our model rents an entire website to one contractor - no shared leads, no bidding, no competing quotes from the same call source.
How much do exclusive contractor leads cost?
Two models. Flat monthly runs $500-$2,000 depending on market size and service vertical. Per-lead pricing runs $50-$250 per inbound call, set by service category. No setup fees in either model.
What services do you generate leads for?
Roofing, HVAC, ADU and garage conversion, EV charger and solar, electrical and panel upgrades, water damage, epoxy flooring, pool service, pest control, garage door, and plumbing. New verticals added on request.
What regions do you cover?
Active markets in Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, San Diego County, Silicon Valley, and Orange County. If your city isn't listed on the markets page, ask - we may have it or can build it.
How do I know the calls are real?
Every call routes through a tracked local number and is recorded. You can verify call volume, intent, and source independently.
What if my market is already taken?
You go on the waitlist for that territory. If the current renter drops the contract, you get first right of refusal. We never split a market between two contractors.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. There's a short minimum period to give SEO time to compound. After that you can cancel any time.
