We started this model after seeing how shared-lead platforms treat contractors: the same lead sold to five or more competitors, racing each other to the bottom on price. Our answer is simpler. We build a website for one service in one market, rank it on Google, and route every inbound call from it to a single contractor. One territory, one contractor, no bidding wars.
What makes the model work is focus: we handle the SEO, the ranking, and the call routing, so the contractor can focus on the work and the phone. Every call is tracked and recorded, so the contractor can verify exactly what they are paying for.
How we run the business
One contractor per territory
Never split a market between two renters. Exclusivity is the entire product. If we can't deliver it, we don't sell it.
Transparent call tracking
Every call routes through a tracked number and is recorded. Renters can verify volume and intent independently - no trust required.
No long contracts
Short minimum period to give SEO time to compound. After that, cancel any time. We earn the relationship monthly.
Boundaries
We do not:

- Run paid ads as the lead source
- Charge setup fees
- Lock contractors into long contracts
- Operate as a marketing agency
- Sell courses or coaching
